Le mot du Maire.
Première commune au sud d’Uzès, porte des gorges du Gardon accueillant une réserve naturelle qui couvre 491 hectares, Sanilhac- Sagriès est un lieu d’excursion pour de nombreux touristes qui visitent notre région, randonneurs en particulier mais aussi pour de nombreux Uzégeois qui viennent admirer le site de La Baume avec la Chapelle Saint Vérédème nichée à flanc de falaise et ses moulins.
Ce site internet leur permet de mieux connaître notre commune et d’accéder à de nombreuses informations pratiques. Mais ce site se veut aussi un moyen de communication entre les habitants et l’équipe municipale. Notre commune est formée de deux villages distants de quatre kilomètres, en créant ce lien, nous contribuons à rapprocher les deux villages. Le crieur public a disparu depuis des lustres, les veillées d’été devant les pas de porte se font rares; le besoin d’un lieu d’échanges entre les habitants reste.
